Muller Appointed as Viewer for Vacation of Right-of-Way

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve the appointment of County Engineer Ken Muller as the viewer in the vacation of a Public Right-of-Way in Story.

The right-of-way is located north of Lodore Avenue and south of Piney Avenue in Story.

A petition to vacate the right-of-way was filed by a number of landowners in the area for the commission to consider.

Muller will oversee and report to the commission on the proposed vacation to decide whether or not the vacation is practical and whether or not it should be vacated, and will give his final recommendations to the commission at a future meeting.
