At their upcoming regular meeting Tuesday, Sheridan County’s Commissioners will consider a Resolution allowing 307 Horse Racing, Inc. to conduct Pari-Mutuel Wagering on live horse racing and simulcast events within Sheridan County.
Also on their agenda is consideration of an amendment of Rules and Regulations Governing Zoning and Division of Land; the vacation of a public right-of-way known as Boeing Road; a vacation of the McDonald Easement; rescinding a Conditional Use Permit for seasonal antique and art show; and authorization for the County Treasurer to refund nearly$1,000 in taxes assessed in error.
The meeting will begin at 9am Tuesday in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, in the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.
The meeting is open to the public.
