Buffalo Council Tables Payment of Invoice

An invoice submitted to the City of Buffalo for payment was tabled by the city council during their Tuesday meeting.

The invoice is for work performed on a city-owned lot occupied by Rocky Mountain Equipment and Rental, LLC on Plains Drive, as explained by Mayor Shane Schrader.

The council voted to to table the payment of the invoice until a Road Maintenance Agreement can be drawn by the city’s legal department for all parties involved.
