Sheridan County Accepts Grant for New Fire Siren

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to accept a Homeland Security Grant through the State Homeland Security Program to replace equipment in the Town of Dayton.

County Emergency Management Coordinator Bruce Edwards explained specifically what the grant funding would be used for.

The grant, in the amount of just over $23,000isa Federal FEMA Homeland Security Grant administered through the Wyoming State Homeland Security Program for Fiscal Year 2021.
