Johnson County Approves Ponderosa Subdivision

Johnson County has approved the proposed Ponderosa Subdivision after a couple of months of issues which pushed approval back by a couple of months.

County Planner Jim Waller explained that meeting dates between the Planning Commission, County Commission, and Buffalo City Council had contributed to approvals and signatures taking longer than usual.

The Ponderosa Subdivision was originally proposed with five lots, but was platted finally as a three-lot subdivision.
