Sheridan County OKs Story Right-of-Way Vacation

A vacation of a Platted Right-of-Way in the Lodore Gardens Subdivision in Story has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

Resolution No. 21-12-031, outlined the vacation of a platted right-of-way labeled as Lodore Gardens Subdivision Alley, within Block Two of the Lodore Gardens Subdivision.

County Senior Engineering Tech Bill Pinkerton told the commission that there were no objections filed for this vacation.

The commissioners voted to approve the resolution and vacate the alley.
