A minor subdivision lot split has been approved by the Buffalo City Council, after they passed a resolution during their last meeting.
The Freehold LLC Minor Subdivision Lot Split was approved by Resolution No. 1453.
City Planner/Building Inspector Terry Asay gave more details on the request.
The lot split creates two lots from one for the purpose of allowing the separate sale and ownership of the lots.
The city action was necessary due to the property’s location within the one-mile extraterritorial zone of the city limits.
