Property Dedication

A request to dedicate 0.85 acres of right-of-way on property located at 3802 North Main Street in Sheridan was approved recently in the form of a resolution by the Sheridan City Council. City Public Works Director Lane Thompson said Bill Pugh for John E. Rice and Sons, Inc. applied for the dedication.

Thompson said the drainage easement contains an irrigation ditch that will be piped at the time of road construction. The street alignment will allow future access to the properties to the west through the dedicated property. The properties are designated as “The Villages,” a future mixed-use residential development in the Wrench Ranch Master Plan.
