Val Vista Rezone

A request to rezone property on Val Vista Street in Sheridan will be considered by the Sheridan City Council at an upcoming business meeting. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner at a recent council study session, said the applicants are requesting to rezone 35,000 square feet of property located at 755 to 715 Val Vista Street from R-3 residence district to B-2 business district.

Sanner said the proposed rezone is in accordance with the future land use map as it designates the area for commercial use. First reading of the ordinance to rezone the property will be considered by the Council at a future meeting.
