State Senator Dave Kinskey discussed his concerns over redistricting, which could become a contentious issue the Wyoming Legislature needs to tackle during the upcoming session.
Kinskey feels the smaller, rural portions of districts need representation just as much as their urban counterparts, and the way some districts are proposed to be redrawn may not take that into consideration.
Kinskey reiterated that redistricting could become a major issue, but it needs to be done by the legislature or the courts will step in to do it for them.
