Sheridan County’s Commissioners, during their recent meeting, approved the appointment of County Engineer Ken Muller as the viewer in the vacation of property within the county.
Commissioner Nick Siddle explained further.
According to Wyoming State Statute, a viewer, once appointed, will examine the proposed vacation, consider both public and private convenience, and give their opinion in a written report to the county commission whether or not the request is practical.
The motion was approved by the commission.
