The Buffalo City Council, in the Oral/Written Comments portion of their recent meeting agenda, got a request from resident Dennis Thorson about changing the speed limit on Klondike Road.
Thorson explained his request, saying the county commission had directed him to discuss the issue with the council.
No action was taken by the council, but Mayor Shane Schrader said he had forwarded an email from Thorson to City Works Director Les Hook, Police Chief Sean Bissett, and City Attorney Ben Kirven, directing them to look at the request and report back to the council with their findings and opinions.
