March 3, 2022

Sheridan County’s Commissioners approved a subdivision permit and a subsequent variance for the Belsby Minor Subdivision during this week’s meeting.

As explained in the staff report from the Public Works Department, Serena Belsby applied for a permit for lands located roughly two miles south of Sheridan, which is a 15-acre property proposed to be split to create two parcels of about 6.6 and 8.4 acres each.

Dusty Coryn, with WWC Engineering, explained the road system on the property.

The Planning & Zoning Commission voted 2-1 to recommended approval of both the variance and the subdivision permit, which the commission did unanimously.
