At their Tuesday regular meeting, the Sheridan County Commission voted to approve and accept a contract with Rocky Mountain Exteriors for the installation of siding on the sheriff’s office.
County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller said the project had been advertised but only one bid was received.
She detailed the project and the contract for the commission.
The contract specifies the company will install Board & Batten Vertical Steel Siding on the exterior of the building, and the county will pay $29,852 which was the amount in the bid document.
