County OKs Revisions to Freedom Ranch Subdivision Final Plat

Proposed changes to the final plat of the Freedom Ranch Conservation Design Subdivision have been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

The changes to the final plat were explained by County Planner Mark Reid.

Reid said the Planning & Zoning staff had reviewed the request and had recommended approval.

Commissioner Terry Cram spoke before the vote, saying the changes were harmless, and after talking to the county engineer he had no concerns with the changes, which would make some things better and change some others that weren’t noticed in the original plat.
