Sheridan County Approves Assignment of Lease at Airport

An Assignment of Lease and Consent to Assignment between Black Tooth Holdings, LLC and McDonnell & McDonnell II Land, LLC has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Airport Manager John Stopka brought the agreement before them and explained why the agreement was needed.

The lease that Black Tooth held was entered into in 2018 and was for 30 years, with a rental rate of $721 per month with increases every two years.
