Muller Appointed as Viewer in Two Vacations

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved the appointment of County Engineer Ken Muller as the viewer in the vacation of portions of two properties within the county.

Muller will act as the viewer on the vacation of a portion of Carbon Hill Road and the vacation of Story Avenue between Blocks 1 and 2 of the Suburban Homes Company Addition.

Wyoming State Statute says a viewer will examine the proposed vacation, consider both public and private convenience, and give their opinion in a written report to the county commission whether or not the request is practical.
