Johnson County Healthcare Center CEO Luke Senden, in his report to the hospital board Wednesday night, discussed new doctors that are expected to take positions with the facility in the coming months.
There has been an offer extended for an ER Doctor, as Senden explained.
Senden talked about one provider that is expected to visit Buffalo soon, but take a position next year.
There is a signed Letter of Intent between the facility and Zach Carlson, who will be replacing retiring Dr. Gonzales next year.
Senden touched on new security cameras that have been installed during the last few weeks that have the capability to record the healthcare campus both inside and out.
Anew phone system for the campus that has been ordered but so far no firm date is set as to when it will be available to be installed.
Senden also reminded the board that with the appointment of Ben Kirven as the new 4th Judicial District Court judge, they will need to find new legal counsel to represent the JCHC in the near future.
