Sheridan Commission Awards Renewal Scholarships

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have announced the recipients of this year’s renewal scholarships.

Three $1,000 scholarships were awarded to be used at the University of Wyoming or any state community college at $500 per semester for the coming year.

Those awarded the scholarships were Elizabeth Green, Grace Sopko, and Hanna Needles.

The commission also awarded three first-year scholarships earlier in the year to 2022 Sheridan County high school seniors entering college this fall.
