There will be two candidate forums in Buffalo this week, both held at the Johnson County Library on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
The events are sponsored by and put on by 307NetRadio and will feature local and state candidates answering questions asked by moderators for the forums.
Wednesday night the candidates will be those running for Johnson County sheriff, county clerk, and clerk of district court.
Thursday will have candidates for mayor of Buffalo, city council, county commission, and House District 40.
The forums will be held Wednesday and Thursday evenings in the library’s Twing Room beginning at 5:30, and the public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
