Sheridan community review, Thrive 2035

July 21, 2022

In a partnership of the member organizations of the Sheridan Economic Development Task Force and the Wyoming Business Council, a Sheridan review will be conducted known as Thrive 2035.

A community review is a small survey of sorts, to gather the input of residents and visitors alike on where they would like to see Sheridan in 10 to 15 years.

Available to take now, the Sheridan Community Review Thrive 2035, contains only three questions.

What do you value about your community? What do you value about the Sheridan area?  What would you like to see in the future approximately 10-15 years from now?

The survey also asks for a home zip code. This will allow those collecting the information to know if you are a visitor or a resident of the City of Sheridan or one of the smaller communities in the Sheridan area, such as Dayton and Clearmont.

During an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse program, Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Dixie Johnson, Director of IMPACT Sheridan Scot Rendall and the Wyoming Business Council NE Region Director Brandi Harlow elaborated on the survey for listeners.

This is an opportunity for every resident and visitor of the County and City of Sheridan to create a locally-driven vision that will help shape the community’s future, both short and long term.

Once the reviews have been filled out, the information will be compiled, reviewed, presented and discussed with the community to further ensure both understanding and opportunity.
