Johnson County’s Commissioners have re-approved an existing agreement between the Town of Kaycee and the county for the sheriff to provide deputies for law enforcement in the town in the southern part of the county.
Commissioner Bill Novotny discussed the contract with County Civil Deputy Attorney Barry Crago.
Crago said the contract is good for two years and will expire on June 30, 2024.
