Claudia Todd and Kerry Abseth with JOCO First gave the annual update on the Bomber Mountain Civic Center to the Buffalo City Council.
They discussed events the facility has been used for during the past year, tenants that have left as well as some new ones.
Todd highlighted one unique new business.
She said in March the JOCO First board approved the East Wing Improvement Project which was previously mothballed; and she is currently in discussions with New West High School to occupy the wing once it is renovated.
Todd discussed cooking classes for the school district; a community culinary class to be offered through Sheridan College in Johnson County; and the replacement of a basketball backboard in the large gym.
