Sheridan Commission Approves Easement Vacation

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve the Mueke Easement Vacation after consideration at their regular meeting this week.

Commission Chair Christi Haswell, in a separate interview, explained more about the easement request.

According to the Staff Report from the Public Works Department, the request is for vacation of a utility, drainage, and construction easement on Lot 10 in Block A of the Powder Horn Ranch PUD, Phase Five.

The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of the request.
