Annexations Receive First Reading Approval

The Sheridan City Council this week approved three ordinances on first reading for three separate annexations that are similar in nature. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner explains what the proposed annexations share in common.

Sanner provided the details of Ordinance 2260, the DoubleDay Annexation.

The other two annexations that were approved were Ordinance 2261, which  annexes 14,308 square feet of Holloway Avenue Right of Way, and Ordinance 2262, which annexes 2.7 acres of Airport Road Right of Way. The ordinances need to be approved two more times by the Council before the annexations take effect.
