The ongoing construction of Sheridan’s Main Street through downtown was one subject of conversation by City of Sheridan officials during a recent appearance on our talk show Public Pulse.
Public Works Director Hanns Mercer gave an overview of the project.
Mercer explains where the project now sits.
He detailed how much of the project has been completed so far.
Mercer said the rolling three-block closure works well in these types of projects, and holds the contractors to their schedules.
He said, “What we don’t want is the entire road closed down.”
