Buffalo Council OKs Love’s Infrastructure Agreement

Buffalo’s City Council has voted to approve and accept an Infrastructure Agreement between the city and Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, which is proposing to build a new facility east of Buffalo, just outside of the city limits.

At an earlier council meeting, City Attorney Dennis Kirven explained why the agreement was needed.

The company is proposing to build a truck stop on land behind the existing Big Horn Tire Center on Highway 16 East, near the I-90 interchange, which is not inside the city limits.

As part of the agreement they will tap into city water and sewer lines in the area.
