Buffalo Council OK’s Extended Hours for Street Closure

The Buffalo City Council considered a request from the Chamber of Commerce to extend the street closure on Fetterman Street during the Wednesday Markets downtown.

Chamber Board President Jennifer Romanoski explained the request during the council’s last regular meeting.

Approved was the extended hours for the closure to begin at 2 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. on Fetterman from the alley behind the square to Main Street.

Romanoski also announced the theme for this year’s Fair and Rodeo Parade as, “Let’s go, let’s show, let’s rodeo.”
