A Change Order on the Brooks Street Paving and Retaining Wall Project has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.
According to the Change Order, Wagner Ranch Services, LLC was given an additional 8 days to complete the project due to the “abnormally wet spring/summer weather and also to cover additional concrete work on the upper parking lot in the project.
Substantial completion was originally set for June 30, 2023 but the extension will move that date to July 20, 2023.
Final completion is set for 8 calendar days after that date.
There will be no increase in the contract price of just over $620,000 for the project.
