Sheridan Commission Approves CHAPS Funding

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their regular meeting this week, approved funding for the CHAPS Equine Assisted Services.

County Administrative Director Cameron Duff explained why the request for the funding came now instead of during the recent budget sessions.

Commission Chairwoman Christi Haswell praised the organization, saying CHAPS does a lot of good for people in the Sheridan County community.

The commission voted to approve the $15,000 in One-Percent Funds.
