The road to next year’s College National Finals Rodeo started this past weekend in Chadron, Nebraska.
There’s not much to report on for Sheridan College.
Cody Weeks placed 5th for the men in the saddle bronc riding, while for the women, Joey Carley was 9th in the breakaway roping.
The college season spans 10 rodeos, 5 of which take place in September and October, while the other 5 take place in March and April.
Sheridan College has this weekend off from competition and will compete the following weekend at Central Wyoming College in Riverton.
The Pat Hamilton Memorial Rodeo is scheduled for the weekend of September 29th through October 1st at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds.
