A request to subdivide property near Hillpond Avenue in Sheridan was considered by the Sheridan City Council at their meeting this week. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
Subdivision Request
The Cove Court Manor II Subdivision is a request from applicant Ronald Elliott of Cove Court LLC, to subdivide .17 acres from one lot into three lots zoned R-3 Residence District. The development is located at 1342-1344 Cove Court, north of Hillpond Drive and west of Highland Avenue. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer.

During public comment on the resolution, Sheridan resident Ed Fessler addressed the City Council.

Following the public hearing and Council discussion on the resolution, Councilor Shawn Day called for a motion to table the item until the next regularly scheduled business meeting. Day’s motion to table the resolution was approved by the City Council.
