Sheridan County is considering adopting rules and regulations governing the leasing of county-owned lands at the county airport.
In a release from the Sheridan County Board of County Commissioners, they give public notice of the intent to adopt new rules and regulations, to establish procedures for leasing various types of county-owned property in and around the airport.
The public can request copies of the proposed rules from the county commission at Suite 201 in the Courthouse Addition, or they can be viewed on the county website.
Written comments on the proposed rules may be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners in person at the courthouse or by email on or before December 15, 2023.

A public hearing to receive oral comments on the proposed rules will be held on December 19 at 9 a.m.
The Board will consider adoption of the proposed rules at its regular meeting on following the public hearing.
