Sheridan Commission Approves Airport Lease

The Sheridan County Commission has approved an Assignement of Lease and Consent to Assignment between Arctodus, LLC and Flying Hammer, LLC.

The agreement was explained by Airport Manager Robert Gill during the commission’s recent meeting.

According to Gill the amount of the lease is $622.25 per month with an increase every two years based on the Wyoming Cost of Living Index-Northeast.
