Kinskey Talks ARPA Funds, How to Use Them

State Senator Dave Kinskey (R-Senate District 22) in his recent talk with the Buffalo City Council, said the state still has federal dollars in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding available, but must find a way to use the funds or lose them.

Kinskey said lawmakers have a plan to use the ARPA funding and hang on to more state funding.

Kinskey said the idea is to swap the federal ARPA funds for these types of projects and put the state money back into the water development fund.

The 2024 legislative budget session began this week in Cheyenne.
