Sheridan Commission OK’s Lease Amendment with 2nd Chance

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved an amendment to a lease with 2nd Chance, LLC for the use of property at 1845 Gabrielle Court, Unit #E.

Commissioner Holly Jennings asked for the item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion during the regular portion of the meeting for clarification.

She understood the lease agreement was to increase from 2 to 3 years but remain at the same dollar amount, and asked why the county was not increasing the amount due to inflation.

County Administrative Director Cameron Duff explained.

The commission voted to approve the amendment.
