Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray recently sent a letter to U.S. Postal Service Postmaster General Louis DeJoy opposing the Postal Service’s proposal to move mail processing operations from Casper to Cheyenne and requesting the Postal Service withdraw its proposal. The letter from Secretary Gray was in response to the Post Service’s announcement of its mail processing facility review of processing operations at the Casper Processing and Distribution Center and its proposal to move mail processing operations from Casper to Billings, Montana.
