A settlement agreement and mutual general release between the City of Sheridan and Schreiber, LLC, Moxey Schreiber Veterinary Hospital is an agenda item for Monday night’s regularly scheduled business meeting of the Sheridan City Council. City Attorney Brad Thimmesch said the property at issue is located at 1650 Commercial Avenue in Sheridan.

Thimmesch said the City has agreed to assist Schreiber with the cost of installing a new service line on the property and additional water drainage remediation.

Thimmesch said the agreement also stipulates that Schreiber will release the City of any future liabilities related to the new service line and water drainage on the property.
