Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved license agreements for a water line and a fiber-optic cable.
Approved during the commission’s Consent Agenda was License Agreement #2405LA with Blue Peak for a bored installation of a fiber-optic cable on Park Street, Washington Street, and College Avenue, for a fee of $750.
Approved was License Agreement #2406LA with Hardesty Land & Livestock, LLC for a bored crossing installation of a water line on County Road #161, a/k/a Dutch Road, and a Master License Agreement #M24-02 with the same company.
The fee was exempted.
The commission also accepted the Official Bond and Oath for Brittany Gorzalka, Sheridan County Fair Board, for $10,000.
