JCSD1 Board to Appoint New Member At Monday Meeting

During their regular meeting Monday night, the Board of Trustees for the Johnson County School District are scheduled to make an appointment to the board to serve the remainder of the term of former trustee Randy Brown, who resigned earlier this summer.

Also scheduled for the meeting is consideration of early graduation requests, and a directive for administration to create a cell phone protocol for schools, and will discuss a budget amendment for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2024.

In their Consent Agenda, they will consider employment requests, and cross-district transportation requests.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Monday in the Kaycee K-12 School.

The public is invited to attend.
