Jo Co Commission Appoints Land Use Steering Committee

Johnson County’s Commissioners, during their regular meeting this week, moved forward with the appointments of members to the newly-formed Johnson County Land Use Plan Steering Committee.

Appointed to the committee were Zach Byram, Anita Bartlett, Kassie Camino, Theo Hirshfeld, Dennis Zezas, Bob Ruby, Greg Smith, Jim Dawson, Jim Purdy, Rod Litzel, Dave Hall, and Shawn Miller.

The county will also seek up to three more committee people from the Kaycee area to join those appointed, but will move forward with those already appointed if no further interest is shown from the southern part of the county.
