Sheridan Commission Approves Lot Size Variance

A Lot Size Variance has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission for a property owned by Michael and Belinda Tipton located near Wyarno.

During the commission’s recent meeting, County Planner Mark Reid explained why the request for the variance was being made.

Reid said no new build-able parcels would be created as consequence of the variance nor by the proposed boundary line adjustment.

After discussion, the commission voted to approve the variance request.
