Buffalo Council Approves Special Use Permit

A Special Use Permit request was brought before the Buffalo City Council at their last regular meeting.

During a Public Hearing on the SUP, City Planning Consultant Brent Moore, with Interstate Engineering, explained the property owner was requesting the SUP for a development outside of what is allowed in the current zoning.

The council, after closing the Public Hearing, voted to allow the SUP.
