The Wyoming House of Representatives passed House Bill 156 and 157 Monday, which require proof of U.S. citizenship and proof of Wyoming residency to vote in Wyoming. Secretary of State Chuck Gray released a statement where he said that he applauds the House’s passage of the two pieces of legislation.

House Bill 156 passed the House on third reading by a vote of 51 to 8 and House Bill 157 passed third reading on a 53 to 6 vote.
