Sheridan Commission OK’s NOI for New County Road

At their meeting this week, Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered passing a Resolution to issue a Notice of Intent (NOI) to establish Penrose County Road in Story.

County Engineer Ken Muller was previously appointed by the commission to act as viewer in the matter, and prepared a report for them, saying his opinion was it should be established.

The commission then voted to pass Resolution No. 25-01-002, to issue an NOI to establish the new county road.

The public can submit written objections or claims for damages to the Sheridan County Clerk on or before February 21.
