Connolly Discusses Funding for Vets Home, Kaycee School Projects

State Representative Marilyn Connolly (HD-40) talked with Sheridan Media about the happenings at this year’s legislative session currently happening in Cheyenne.

She touched on funding for the Veterans Home of Wyoming in Buffalo.

Another bill she is keeping an eye on is for funding for a project at the Kaycee School.

Connolly said some of the other bills that drew major debate in the House included elections-related bills such as HB131 which would get rid of ballot boxes in the state; and another that will dictate how independents can run for office in the state.

Both bills passed out of their committees, according to Connolly.
