State Senate President Bo Biteman (SD-21) in his talk with Sheridan Media this week, discussed the Senate’s Property Tax Exemption bill that he was glad they could get passed through their chamber, but he also touched on a number of others he is pleased with.
Biteman named Senate Joint Resolution 11 (SJ0011) Supporting Anti-ESG Litigation which he has been working on for a few years to pass as another he is happy to see move out of the Senate.
He said education bills have also been one of his priorities.
Biteman said they are roughly halfway through the session but it feels like there is a lot of work left to do in this year’s legislative session.
