The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce 26th Annual Awards of Excellence will be held on Feb. 26. 

Although categories have changed over the years, this will be the 26th year that Chamber members vote for their favorite nominees who have worked above and beyond to improve the Sheridan County community. 

Marketing & Communications Director Jodi Hartley said the awards are a time to celebrate good work being done many times behind the scenes. The Chamber staff work diligently to ensure these people are recognized.

This year includes four categories; Community Champion, Strength of Sheridan, Business of the Year and Businessperson(s) of the Year.

The 26th Annual Awards of Excellence celebration will begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, at the WYO Theater, 42 S. Main St. in Sheridan.

Tickets are $65 for adults, $35 for ages 12-18 and free for those under 12. Packages of five adult tickets are available for $275. Tickets may be purchased at the WYO Theater Box Office or online at www.wyotheater.com.
