The Hoofprints of the Post Museum in Kaycee will host authors John Hanson and Ken Moreland for a historical presentation on their book entitled Trails and Tribulations on Sunday, March 16.

Hanson, a fourth-generation rancher in the Kaycee area, and Moreland, will share their experiences guiding hunters and packing mules in the Teton and Bighorn Wilderness areas during the 1970s and 1980s.

The book describes characters, animals, and natural elements they encountered in their work.

Refreshments will be served during the event, and books will be available for purchase that can be signed by the authors.

In addition, the Hoofprints Museum will be presenting an annual award to a worthy volunteer that has helped to preserve and share history on behalf of the museum.

The event will be held at Harold Jarrard Park beginning at 1 that afternoon.
