Year two of the Buffalo Main Street Reconstruction Project began Monday, March 3 in the downtown corridor. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has an update on the Wyoming Department of Transportation project.

A closure area to the project will be added this week. WYDOT Senior Public Relations Specialist Laura Dalles provides the details.

Dalles said the sidewalks are open with easy access within the closure area and that while parking is limited, there is plenty of off street parking that is within a short walk of local businesses. Access to side streets will be maintained and sidewalks will be open except for isolated repair work. Work in the area will be conducted Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 7pm.
